It is also a product that most athletes of various types noticed when right protein content is so high. Quark is ostly eaten as a snack.<\/p>\n<p>I myself tend to mix the the quark with fun light juice (tastes like yogurt then) otherwise the taste is not really funny.<\/p>\n<p>How often do you exersice and do you always eat healthy food?<\/p>\n<p>I exercise 4-6 times per week and always eat healthy food. It happens that sometimes I cheat and drink a latte when I&#8217;m out for coffee with friends or I for example eat a plain ice cream at mc donalds. haha I really love ice cream so I can not keep me away completely. (The ice cream at mc donalds with no topping is about 155 calories)<\/p>\n<p>How much money do you spend per week on food?<\/p>\n<p>I dont know. I live with my parents so they buy food for me. But I can guess that its quite much, \u00a0since the healthier options unfortunately is quite expensive.<\/p>\n<p>How do I get thinner arms?<\/p>\n<p>To get smaller arms you have to burn of the fat of them. You can not decide where you want to burn fat, but it eventually goes away where it wants. When you do strenghts exercises the mucsles will be stronger and can get more \u00a0toned. The overall fat loss also increases the strength training, core training as such. But the best way to burn fat is to focus on cardio. Make it as a complement to strength training, but make sure you exercise conditioning so that you come up in a high pulse.<\/p>\n<p>How did you get so healthy (keeping track of calories, all the food, a lot of training, etc.)?<\/p>\n<p>I have had a eating disorder fon and off for several years but when I started eating p pills a year ago, I gained 10 kg in two months, even though I did not eat differently than before and I felt really bad about it. I switched p pills variety and began to track my calories and exercise more to burn off what I had put on.<\/p>\n<p>How much do you weigh? How tall are you?<\/p>\n<p>I am 167 centimeters tall and weighs 54 kg.<\/p>\n<p>How much you weighed before you started to be healthy and exercising?<\/p>\n<p>Before I started eating my p pills I weighed 57 kg, then I went up to 10 kg to 67 kg in two months due to a fault p pill variety.<\/p>\n<p>\nVad \u00e4r kvarg?<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nKvarg \u00e4r f\u00e4rskost av surmj\u00f6lk, koagulerad med mj\u00f6lksyrebakterier.\u00a0<br \/>\nKvarg \u00e4r en v\u00e4ldigt proteinrik och fettsn\u00e5l produkt som oftast anv\u00e4nds till matlagning eller bakning. Oftast \u00e4ts kvargen som mellanm\u00e5l, kv\u00e4llsmat eller som kompliment till middagen.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nJag sj\u00e4lv brukar blanda ut kvargen med fun light saft (smakar som yoghurt d\u00e5) annars \u00e4r smaken inte j\u00e4tte rolig.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nHur ofta tr\u00e4nar du och \u00e4ter du alltid nyttig mat?<br \/>\n<br \/>Jag tr\u00e4nar 4-6 g\u00e5nger per vecka och \u00e4ter alltid nyttig mat. Det h\u00e4nder att jag ibland fuskar och dricker en latte n\u00e4r jag \u00e4r ute oh fikar med v\u00e4nner eller att jag tex \u00e4ter en naturell glass p\u00e5 mc donalds. haha jag \u00e4lskar verkligen glass s\u00e5 jag kan inte h\u00e5lla mig borta helt. (Glassen p\u00e5 mc donalds utan n\u00e5gon topping \u00e4r ca 155 kalorier)<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n Hur mycket pengar l\u00e4gger du ner i veckan p\u00e5 mat?\u00a0<br \/>\n<br \/>Det vet jag faktiskt inte riktigt. Jag bor med mina f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar s\u00e5 de k\u00f6per mat till mig. Men jag kan gissa att jag inte \u00f6r super billig i drift om man s\u00e4ger s\u00e5&#8230; Eftersom att de h\u00e4lsosammare alternativen tyv\u00e4rr \u00e4r ganska dyra.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nHur f\u00e5r man smalare armar?<br \/>\n<br \/>F\u00f6r att f\u00e5 smalare armar m\u00e5ste fettet f\u00f6rsvinna. Man kan inte best\u00e4mma vart man vill br\u00e4nna fett utan det f\u00f6rvinner d\u00e4r det vill. F\u00f6r att br\u00e4nna fett p\u00e5 ett effektivt s\u00e4tt rekomenderar jag att tr\u00e4na mycket kondition och sammtidigt tr\u00e4na styrka. N\u00e4r du tr\u00e4nar styrka blir\u00a0man blir starkare och kan f\u00e5 mer tydliga muskler. Den totala fettf\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningen \u00f6kar ocks\u00e5 av att styrketr\u00e4na, som core-tr\u00e4ning till exempel. Men b\u00e4sta s\u00e4ttet f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nna fettet \u00e4r att satsa p\u00e5 konditionstr\u00e4ning. G\u00f6r det g\u00e4rna som ett komplement till styrketr\u00e4ningen, men se till att du tr\u00e4nar kondition s\u00e5 att du kommer upp i en h\u00f6g puls.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nHur b\u00f6rjade du bli s\u00e5 h\u00e4lsosam (h\u00e5lla koll p\u00e5 kalorier, all mat, mycket tr\u00e4ning osv)?<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n<br \/>Jag har haft \u00e4tst\u00f6rningar till och fr\u00e5n i flera \u00e5r men n\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjade \u00e4ta p piller f\u00f6r ett \u00e5r sen gick jag upp 10 kg p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 m\u00e5nader trots att jag inte \u00e5t annorlunda \u00e4n tidigare och jag m\u00e5dde j\u00e4tte d\u00e5ligt \u00f6ver det.
