Enjoying food is a part of life, even though the food is&#8217;nt healthy. Everything in moderation is okey. I try avoid carbohydrates like pasta, bread, rice, potatoes, noodles, etc.. But I still eat carbs such as fruits and oatmeal for a example.<\/p>\n<p>What are some healthy snacks?<\/p>\n<p>There are lots of options. (See my instagram &#8221;fitspooration&#8221;)<br \/>Some examples of quick and healthy snacks are: Cottage cheese with fruit, plain curd \/ quark with fun light juice or maybe some berries and smoothie. There are no limits!<\/p>\n<p>Do you have any tips on good and healthy breakfasts?<\/p>\n<p>Check my instagram for pictures of healthy breakfasts. I usually eat oatmeal for example, overnight oatmeal, my healthy pancakes, breakfast cupcakes, smoothies, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Do I need to cut down my portion sizes to lose weight when I start to eat healthy?<\/p>\n<p>Of course you might have to start eating smaller portions to lose weight. But for example if you eat salad you can almost eat any amount without gaining weight because the lettuce is mostly water. Healthy food does not necessarily mean low calorie foods, but the healthyer options is mostly it is lower in calories and you will be able to eat fairly large portions for smaller calories.<\/p>\n<p>What kind of food should i eat before and after a workout?<\/p>\n<p>Before the workout, you may want to stock up on some carbs, maybe a bowl of oatmeal?<br \/>After training, it&#8217;s time to stock up on protein. Ex: protein bar, protein shake, eggs \/ egg whites, cottage cheese, quark, chicken, tuna.<\/p>\n<p>What is &#8221;cardio&#8221;?<\/p>\n<p>Cardio. \u00a0When you train fitness improves the body&#8217;s absorption of oxygen and the body&#8217;s endurance. Cardiovascular exercise is also good for the heart, metabolism, mood, and to achieve weight loss through fat reduction as continuous training provides. The better the condition the better fat burning both during training, but also during rest. Examples of cardio workouts are: jogging, running, swimming, cycling or any other form of exercise that allows you to keep running constantly.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nVad \u00e4r &#8221;f\u00f6rbjudet&#8221; att \u00e4ta?\u00a0<br \/>\n<br \/>Det \u00e4r inte &#8221;f\u00f6rbjudet&#8221; att \u00e4ta n\u00e5got. Att njuta av mat \u00e4r en del av livet det med, \u00e4ven fast maten inte \u00e4r nyttig. Men i moderation funkar det. Jag sj\u00e4lv undviker kolhydrater som pasta, br\u00f6d, ris, potatis, nudlar osv. Men jag \u00e4ter fortfarande kolhydrater s\u00e5 som frukt och havregrynsg\u00f6rt ex.\u00a0<br \/>\n<br \/>Vad finns det f\u00f6r nyttiga mellanm\u00e5l?\u00a0<br \/>\n<br \/>Det finns massor av alternativ. (Se min instagram &#8221;fitspooration&#8221;)\u00a0<br \/>\nN\u00e5gra exempel p\u00e5 snabba och h\u00e4lsosamma mellan m\u00e5l \u00e4r: Keso med frukt eller b\u00e4r, \u00a0naturell kvarg\/kesella med fun light saft eller kanske lite b\u00e4r kanske en\u00a0smoothie. Det finns inga gr\u00e4nser!<br \/>\n<br \/>Tips p\u00e5 goda och nyttiga frukostar?\u00a0<br \/>\n<br \/>Kolla min instagram f\u00f6r bilder p\u00e5 nyttiga frukostar. Jag brukar till exempel \u00e4ta havregrynsgr\u00f6t, overnight oatmeal, mina nyttiga pannkakor, frukost cupcakes, smoothies etc.\u00a0<br \/>\n<br \/>M\u00e5ste jag dra ner p\u00e5 portionsstorlekarna f\u00f6r att g\u00e5 ner i vikt n\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjar \u00e4ta nyttigt?<br \/>\n<br \/>Sj\u00e4lvklart s\u00e5 kanske du m\u00e5ste b\u00f6rja \u00e4ta mindre portioner f\u00f6r att g\u00e5 ner i vikt. Men om du tillexempel \u00e4ter sallad s\u00e5 kan du iprincip \u00e4ta hur mycket som helst utan att g\u00e5 upp i vikt eftersom att sallad \u00e4r mest vatten. Nyttig mat beh\u00f6ver inte n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigtvis betyda l\u00e5gkalori mat men ofta \u00e4r det nyttigare altnernativet l\u00e4gre i kalorierna och du kommer allts\u00e5m kunna \u00e4ta ganska stora portioner f\u00f6r mindre kaloriineh\u00e5ll.\u00a0<br \/>\n<br \/>Bra mat att \u00e4ta innan tr\u00e4ning? Efter?\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n<br \/>Innan tr\u00e4ning kan det vara bra att fylla p\u00e5 med lite kolhydrater, kanske en sk\u00e5l med havregrynsgr\u00f6t?\u00a0<br \/>\nEfter tr\u00e4ning \u00e4r det dax att fylla p\u00e5 med proteinet. Ex: Proteinbar, proteinshake, \u00e4gg\/\u00e4ggvita, keso, kvarg, kyckling, tonfisk.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nVad \u00e4r &#8221;cardio&#8221;?<br \/>\n<br \/>Cardio = Konditionstr\u00e4ning.\u00a0N\u00e4r man tr\u00e4nar kondition f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttras kroppens syreupptagningsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga och kroppens uth\u00e5llighet. Konditionstr\u00e4ning \u00e4r \u00e4ven bra f\u00f6r hj\u00e4rtat, \u00e4mnesoms\u00e4ttningen, hum\u00f6ret och f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 viktminskning genom den fettreducering som kontinuerlig tr\u00e4ning ger. Ju b\u00e4ttre kondition desto b\u00e4ttre fettf\u00f6rbr\u00e4nning s\u00e5v\u00e4l under tr\u00e4ning, men \u00e4ven under vila.
