You can use any kind of yogurt or milk. Put in the fridge overnight (uncoverd or covered, your choice) and let \u20ac\u02dcem soak up the liquids.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nFitspoorations overnight oatmeal:<\/p>\n<p>Put 1,5 dl oats, 3 dl water, pinch of salt in a bowl.<br \/>\nPut the bowl in the microwave for 3 minutes (Or until its done, you can cook it in a pot too)<br \/>\nPut 1 dl low fat yoghurt over your oatmeal and cover it with plastic so the oatmeal dousnt taste like your fridge the morning after.<br \/>\nThe morning after you can eat it just the way it is.
