H\u00e4r kommer ett recept p\u00e5 super goda cupcakes, de \u00e4r inte hundra procentligt nyttiga men de \u00e4r l\u00e5g-kalori muffins och de \u00e4r mycket nyttigare \u00e4n vanliga.<\/div>\n<div>.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Ingredienser f\u00f6r 12 cupcakes:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Muffins:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>5 \u00e4ggvitor<br \/>\n1krm salt<br \/>\n3msk honung<br \/>\n2tsk vaniljpulver<br \/>\n1dl turkisk l\u00e4tt yoghurt (3,5%)<br \/>\n1dl vete mj\u00f6l ( helst mandel, havre, fullkorn, graham etc egentligen men allt s\u00e5dant var slut hemma hos mig n\u00e4r jag bakade dessa)<br \/>\n1tsk bakpulver<\/div>\n<div>.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Hallon frosting:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>200g extra light philadelphia ost (5%)<\/div>\n<div>100g hallon<\/div>\n<div>100g flor socker<\/div>\n<p>V\u00e4rm ugnen till 170 C \u00b0. Here is a recipe for super tasty cupcakes, they are not one hundred percent healthy, but they are low-calorie muffins and they are much healthier than usual.<\/div>\n<div>.<\/div>\n<div>Makes 12 cupcakes.<\/div>\n<div>.<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><strong>For the cupcakes:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>5 egg whites<br \/>\nPinch of salt<br \/>\n3 tablespoons honey<br \/>\n2 teaspoons vanilla extract<br \/>\n1dl low fat turkish yoghurt<br \/>\n1dl whole wheat flour (oat flour, almond flour, fiber flour, But I didnt have that at home today so I did them with whole wheat flour)<br \/>\n1 teaspoon baking powder<\/div>\n<div>.<\/div>\n<div><strong>For the frosting:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>200g low fat creme cheese<\/div>\n<div>100g rasberrys<\/div>\n<div>100g powder sugar<\/div>\n<div>.<\/div>\n<div>Preheat the oven to 170 C\u00b0.\u00a0Place the egg whites in a large bowl and using a handheld mixer whip the whites until they begin to lighten up and hold their shape.<\/div>\n<div>Increase speed to high and whip in the salt and honey until the whites hold a soft peak, then add the vanilla extract.\u00a0Fold in the yogurt.\u00a0In a separate medium mixing bowl combine the flour and baking powder and mix well.\u00a0Sift the dry ingredients into the egg whites a little at a time, gently folding them in with a rubber spatula.\u00a0Once fully incorporated, scoop the batter into cupcake tins lined with cupcake papers.\u00a0Bake the cupcakes for 15 to 20 minutes or until they have colored.\u00a0Remove from the oven and cool the cupcakes at room temp.\u00a0Mix the cream cheese, rasberrys and powder sugar in a medium mixing bowl until well incorporated,\u00a0Once cool, spread a little of the frosting over the cupcakes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hej!
