{"id":3874,"date":"2012-09-25T17:26:00","date_gmt":"2012-09-25T15:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/fitspooration\/2013\/01\/carrotcake\/"},"modified":"2013-03-13T17:18:07","modified_gmt":"2013-03-13T16:18:07","slug":"carrotcake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/fitspooration\/2012\/09\/25\/carrotcake\/","title":{"rendered":"Carrotcake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>                    \u00a0<br \/>\nMakes 24.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nFor the cake:<br \/>\n(Margarine to grease the baking pan)<br \/>\n5 dl graham flour<br \/>\n1,5 tsp baking soda<br \/>\n1,5 tsp cinamon\u00a0<br \/>\n1 tsp bicarbonate<br \/>\n1,25 dl honey<br \/>\n1,25 dl low fat quark<br \/>\n0,5 dl oil (I used olive oil)\u00a0<br \/>\n2 eggwhites<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n1 tbsp vanillia sugar<br \/>\n5 dl grated carrots<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nFor the frosting:<br \/>\n100 g extra light philadelphia cheese 5% (Or other creme cheese)<br \/>\n0,5 dl icingsugar<br \/>\nJuice and grated peel from 1\/2 lemon<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 200 C\u00b0. Grease a baking pan with margarine. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and baking soda in a bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Whisk together the honey, quark, oil, egg whites, egg and vanilla sugar in a large bowl. Add the carrots, stir. Mix in the flour until smooth. Pour into the baking pan.<\/p>\n<p>Bake in the oven about 20 minutes or try a test strip.<\/p>\n<p>Frosting:\u00a0Stir the cream cheese smooth with the icingsugar. Season with lemon zest and juice.<\/p>\n<p>Spread the frosting over the carrot cake when it has cooled down. Sm\u00f6rj \u00a0en bakform med margarin. Blanda mj\u00f6l, bakpulver, kanelo och bikarbonat i en bunke.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nVispa ihop honung, kvarg, olja, \u00e4ggvita, \u00e4gg och vaniljsocker i en stor bunke. Tills\u00e4tt mor\u00f6tterna och r\u00f6r om. Blanda i mj\u00f6lblandningen till en sl\u00e4t smet. H\u00e4ll i formen.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nGr\u00e4dda ca 20 min eller prova med en provsticka n\u00e4r den b\u00f6rjar se f\u00e4rdig ut.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nFrosting:\u00a0Vispa philadelphia osten sl\u00e4t tillsammans med florsockret \u00a0och smaks\u00e4tt med citronskal och saft och bre ut frostingen \u00f6ver kakan n\u00e4r den har svalnat lite.
