We did&#8217;nt have so much food at home so I just took what we had. And the result went out amazing! The pancakes is made of whole wheat flour (we didnt have anything else home) so I cant say how &#8221;clean&#8221; they are but they are low in calorie and that is what I&#8217;m most intrested of, the calories.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nMakes 9 pancakes.<br \/>\n1\/2 dl whole wheat flour (or a healthyer option of flour. Maybe oatflour or almond flour?)<br \/>\n1\/2 dl low fat cottage cheese<br \/>\n3 eggwhites\u00a0<br \/>\n2 tbsp milk<br \/>\n2 1\/2 tsp stevia<br \/>\n1 tsp vanillia extract<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp baking soda<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nMix all the ingredients together an fry them in a non stick pan.
