Eller s\u00e5 \u00e4r det en bitter sanning att jag \u00e4r svag haha. Vore v\u00e4ldigt bra att veta f\u00f6r mig, tack, f\u00f6r om jag r\u00e4knar fel m\u00e5ste jag \u00e4ndra det snabbt!<br \/>\n<strong>Tack f\u00f6r din underbara blogg, du insporerr mig varje dag!<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag f\u00f6rst\u00e5r inte riktigt vad du fr\u00e5gar. Hur jag r\u00e4knar kilon? Det st\u00e5r p\u00e5 vikterna vad de v\u00e4ger? Men det \u00e4r inte farligt att inte g\u00f6ra det om du har \u00e4tit middag, kv\u00e4llsm\u00e5l eller vad du nu brukar ha som sista m\u00e5l \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vad inneb\u00e4r cirkeltr\u00e4ning?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cirkeltr\u00e4ning \u00e4r n\u00e4r du g\u00e5r fr\u00e5n station till station.Cirkeltr\u00e4ning best\u00e5r av ett antal konditions eller styrke\u00f6vningar. How do I count the kilos? It stands on the weights what they weigh? It&#8217;s not that I sit here and lie to you about how heavy I lift, I have no reason to do.
