Your body has every oportunite to change and achive a goal, but it can&#8217;t without your mind telling your body what to do.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Do not set unreasonable goals.\u00a0<\/strong>It&#8217;s amazing that you&#8217;ve decided to quit smoking, that your about to eat healthier and start exercising 3 days a week &#8211; but not all at once.\u00a0It can easily become too much and it all usually ends with giving up the entire project.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Find a workout budy.\u00a0<\/strong>Its motivationg to exercise with another person.\u00a0To have someone to exercise with makes it harder to pull away with a poor excuse for not exercising. Theefore, you have to exercise if you and your budy has decided to do so even if you rather stay home and watch a movie with your ben and jerry.<br \/>\n.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Decide to workout at specific days.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Start to exercise 3 days a week, thats perfect and you will get one day of rest between every workout. It is important that you choose the appropriate times and then plan your day with these times as a starting point.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Do not overdo your workout.\u00a0<\/strong>Is the workouts too hard its a risk that you will lose the motivation. Strenuous running routes that hurts does not give so much and there is therefore no reason to push yourselves too hard.
