Ingen v\u00e4ckarklocka, bara lite ljus som sipprade genom springorna p\u00e5 persiennen. \u00a0Det \u00e4r verkligen h\u00e4rligt! S\u00e5 jag gick upp och gjorde frukost som jag \u00e5t i s\u00e4ngen. Mysfaktor p\u00e5 h\u00f6gniv\u00e5. I alla fall f\u00f6r mig, frukosten \u00e4r b\u00e4sta delen p\u00e5 hela dagen enligt mig n\u00e4st efter stunden p\u00e5 gymmet! Det \u00e4r godaste m\u00e5let p\u00e5 dagen plus att jag \u00e4r s\u00e5 super seg \u00a0p\u00e5 morgonen och jag \u00e4lskar att sitta och ha en l\u00e5ngdragen frukost.<\/p>\n<p><em>Idag provade jag att anv\u00e4nda mitt nya pulver One Whey Isolate med vanilj smak fr\u00e5n fitnessguru. Det var verkligen j\u00e4ttegott! Hur jag g\u00f6r min gr\u00f6t hittar ni <a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/fitspooration\/2013\/01\/27\/protein-oatmeal\/\">H\u00c4R<\/a>\u00a0bara det att jag kn\u00e4ckte i ett \u00e4gg innan jag sl\u00e4ngde in den i mikron f\u00f6r andra g\u00e5ngen! No alarm clock, just a little light that seeped through the cracks in the blinds. It&#8217;s really great! So I got up and made \u200b\u200bbreakfast which I ate in bed. Cozy at a high level. At least for me, breakfast is the best part of the whole day \u00a0next after hour in the gym! The tastiest meal of the day plus that I am so super tough in the morning and I love to sit and have a lengthy breakfast.<\/p>\n<p><em>Today I tried to use my new protein powder One Whey Isolate with vanilla flavor from fitnessguru. It was really delicious! How I make my protein oatmeal can be found <a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/fitspooration\/2013\/01\/27\/protein-oatmeal\/\">HERE<\/a> just that I cracked an egg before I threw it in the microwave for a second time!
