Jag tr\u00e4nade med tv\u00e5 kompisar d\u00e4r, dock tr\u00e4nade vi alla olika muskelgrupper men det gick bra \u00e4nd\u00e5! Jag fokuserade p\u00e5 mage idag och fick till ett riktigt bra pass.<\/p>\n<p>Sedan testade jag att g\u00f6ra protein pannkakorna jag la upp receptet p\u00e5 i veckan men bytte ut choklad\/mint proteinet till mitt nya med smaken vanilj. Dessa blev gudomligt goda! Jag toppade dem med banan, hallon och lite honung. I trained with two friends there, but we trained all the different muscle groups, but it worked out well anyway! I focused on my abs today and got a really good workout.<\/p>\n<p>Then I tried to make the protein pancakes I gave you the recipe for this week but replaced the chocolate \/ mint protein to my new flavor with vanilla. These were divinely good! I topped them with banana, raspberry and a drizzle of honey.
