Jag bokstavligen trillade f\u00f6r att jag hade s\u00e5 ont i s\u00e4tesmuskeln! Jag tror knappt att jag n\u00e5gonsin har haft en s\u00e5n h\u00e4r grov tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk n\u00e5gonsin. Detta fick jag efter min 3 timmars l\u00e5nga powerwalk ute i sn\u00f6n i kl\u00e4dd mina Reebok Easy Tone skor. Jag har aldrig m\u00e4rkt av att dessa skor har gjort n\u00e5gon skillnad men efter 3 timmar i b\u00e5de balans skor balanserandes p\u00e5 oj\u00e4mn mark s\u00e5 fick jag v\u00e4rre tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk \u00e4n mina squats med vikter mer \u00e4n min egen kroppsvikt.<\/p>\n<p>Jag bara m\u00e5ste ber\u00e4tta om skorna f\u00f6r er!<\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r de sk\u00f6naste skorna jag n\u00e5gonsin haft. Dom \u00e4r l\u00e4tta och riktigt snygga f\u00f6r att vara tr\u00e4ningsskor. Balansbollarna under skorna g\u00f6r att det k\u00e4nns som att man n\u00e4stan studsar fram lite n\u00e4r man g\u00e5r, jag \u00e4r bokstavligen f\u00f6r\u00e4lskad i dem. Jag rekommenderar alla mina l\u00e4sare dessa skor.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r inga l\u00f6parskor utan de \u00e4r tillf\u00f6r powerwalking.<\/p>\n<p><em>Easytones \u00e4r utformade med tv\u00e5 balans bollar under skorna. Tanken \u00e4r att dessa balans bollar ska skapa en liten instabilitet som tvingar dina benmuskler att arbeta h\u00e5rdare, och dina muskler blir mer tonade. I literally fell because I was so sore in the gluteal muscle! I can hardly believe that I have ever had this kind of rough sore ever. This got me after my 3 hour long power walk outside in the snow wearing my Reebok EasyTone shoes. I have never noticed that these shoes have made \u200b\u200ba difference, but after three hours in both balance shoes balancing on uneven ground I got worse sore than I have ever got by my squats with weights more than my own body weight.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I just have to tell you guys abut these shoes.<\/p>\n<p>These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! \u00a0The balanse pods underneath make me feel like I have a bounce in my step that makes walking more fun.\u00a0They are easy and they look really nice to be trainers. \u00a0I&#8217;m literally in love with them. I recommend these shoes to all my readers.<\/p>\n<p>They are not running shoes, they are for power walking. But I use them at the gym when I go to classes and when im working on the &#8221;maschines&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><em>Easytones are designed with balance pods under the shoes. The idea is that these pods create a slight instability that forces your leg muscles to work harder, thus encouraging more toning.
