Fick denna nu:\u00a0<em>kan du filma n\u00e4r du g\u00f6r squats, och vikterna du l\u00e4gger p\u00e5 st\u00e5ngen? k\u00e4nns s\u00e5 orimligt att du tar 100 kg\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ska jag vara helt \u00e4rlig s\u00e5 blir jag f\u00f6rbannad n\u00e4r ni ger mig s\u00e5nna h\u00e4r kommentarer. Vad har jag f\u00f6r anledning att ljuga om vilka vikter jag tar? K\u00e4nns det som en v\u00e4rd sak att ljuga om? Sn\u00e4lla fina ni, sluta klanka ner p\u00e5 mig hela tiden f\u00f6r jag \u00e4r tr\u00f6tt p\u00e5 det. Ja, jag har 100 kilo p\u00e5 st\u00e5ngen n\u00e4r jag g\u00f6r squats och g\u00e5r ner till 90 grader. Ska jag beh\u00f6va g\u00f6ra en film som bevis? Tycker inte att det \u00e4r helt schysst att jag ska beh\u00f6va bevisa n\u00e5got. Sj\u00e4lvklart ska jag g\u00f6ra en film s\u00e5 fort jag \u00e4r p\u00e5 gymmet med n\u00e5gon som kan hj\u00e4lpa mig att filma. Men om jag i forts\u00e4ttningen f\u00e5r s\u00e5dana h\u00e4r kommentarer s\u00e5 slutar jag skriva ut vikterna. Tycker ni att det l\u00e5ter b\u00e4ttre? Jag tr\u00e4nar ben tv\u00e5 g\u00e5nger i veckan och har gjort det i snart tv\u00e5 \u00e5r, att jag har starka ben \u00e4r inget konstigt.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 nog om det, nu ska jag vara glada Ellen igen. Jag drack min pwo och drog till gymmet som jag sa i tidigare inl\u00e4gg. Mitt benpass gick ovanligt bra och jag h\u00f6jde mina vikter en aning. K\u00e4ndes helt fantastiskt! Tror att den extra styrkan kom fr\u00e5n att jag fick lite extra energi fr\u00e5n min PWO plus att jag var p\u00e5 s\u00e5 d\u00e5ligt hum\u00f6r. My leg workout went exceptionally well and I increased my weights slightly. It felt absolutely amazing! Think the extra strength came from that I got a little extra energy from my PWO plus I was so angry.
