Vi har vinter dag med skolan och de flesta valde att \u00e5ka till Romme, min aktivitet blev inst\u00e4lld s\u00e5 jag fick i uppgift att g\u00e5 upp p\u00e5 Hammarbybacken, ta en bild och g\u00e5 ner igen. Det var allt och sen slutade jag s\u00e5 jag fortsatte att g\u00e5 en stund och sedan gick jag vidare till gymmet d\u00e4r jag k\u00f6rde ett grymt rygg och biceps pass. Innan tr\u00e4ningen drack jag min <a href=\"http:\/\/fitnessguru.se\/shop\/fitnessguru-power\">pwo<\/a>\u00a0och jag fick s\u00e5 sjukt mycket energi! Det b\u00f6rjade klia i hela kroppen och jag var ig\u00e5ng i 3 timmar! Powerwalk i en timme och p\u00e5 gymmet i tv\u00e5 timmar. Jag kom upp i min maxpuls p\u00e5 211. Hur bra? N\u00e4r jag sen skulle hem gick jag inte hem f\u00f6r att jag var tr\u00f6tt utanf\u00f6r att jag helt enkelt inte ska slita ut kroppen on\u00f6digt mycket, tre timmar \u00e4r mer \u00e4n lagom!<\/p>\n<p>Jag fick lite fr\u00e5gor p\u00e5 instagram om b\u00e5de min pulsklocka och min pwo. We have a winter sports day with the school today \u00a0and most of my friends went for skiing, my activity was canceled so I was assigned to go up on skiing mountain, take a picture and go down again. It was everything and then I could go home so I continued to walk for a while and then I went to the gym where I had a awesome back and bicep workouts. Before the training, I drank my <a href=\"http:\/\/fitnessguru.se\/shop\/fitnessguru-power\">PWO<\/a> and I got a lot of energy! It started to itch all over and I was exercising 3 hours! First a one hour power walk and then I was at the gym for two hours. I came up to my maximum heart rate of 211, How good? Then when I was about to go home I did not go home because I was tired but because I realised that a 3 hour workout is more than enough!<\/p>\n<p>I got some questions on instagram on both my heart rate pulse watch and my PWO.
