Det \u00e4r faktiskt ett av de godaste jag smakat! Ni m\u00e5ste testa detta \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 dl havregryn<\/p>\n<p>5dl dinkelmj\u00f6l,<\/p>\n<p>1dl linfr\u00f6n (jag tog hela)<\/p>\n<p>1 dl sesamfr\u00f6n<\/p>\n<p>2tsk bikarbonat<\/p>\n<p>en nypa salt<\/p>\n<p>3 msk honung<\/p>\n<p>1 rivet \u00e4pple<\/p>\n<p>4 dl yoghurt (jag tog naturell l\u00e4tt yoghurt).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Utf\u00f6rande:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. R\u00f6r ihop alla\u00a0torra ingridienser. Riv ner \u00e4pplet och tills\u00e4tt honung och yoghurt. Kl\u00e4 en br\u00f6dform med bakpl\u00e5tspapper och h\u00e4ll\/kleta i smeten. Vill man kan man ha lite pumpafr\u00f6n uppe p\u00e5. Skjuts in i ugnen\u00a045-60min. Yes, it&#8217;s healthy.. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>The recipe is not mine this time but it is found at Ida Wargs blog, to get there you click <a href=\"http:\/\/idawarg.chic.se\/recept-pa-nyttigt-brod\/\">HERE<\/a>. The bread was above my expectations, a healthy brown bread though still very soft and juicy. It&#8217;s actually one of the tastiest I have ever tasted! You must try this:D<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 dl (70 g)\u00a0rolled oats<\/p>\n<p>5dl spelled flour,<\/p>\n<p>1 dl flax seed (I took the whole flaxseeds)<\/p>\n<p>1 dl sesame seeds<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp bicarbonate<\/p>\n<p>a pinch of salt<\/p>\n<p>3 tablespoons honey<\/p>\n<p>1 grated apple<\/p>\n<p>4 dl yogurt (I took plain yoghurt).<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 200\u00b0C degrees. Stir together all the dry ingredients. Grate the apple and add it to the dry ingredients together with honey and yogurt. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour \/ smear the batter. If you want, you can have some pumpkin seeds on top. Pushed into the oven 45-60min. For me it took just about 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Godmorgon!
