Det \u00e4r allts\u00e5 inte min text, men jag tyckte att den var j\u00e4ttebra och jag sj\u00e4lv ska t\u00e4nka mer p\u00e5 punkterna. S\u00e4rskilt punkt nummer 7 som \u00e4r <em>Ta inte \u00e5t dig av negativa kommentarer <\/em>som jag faktiskt f\u00e5r n\u00e4stan varje dag. Det ska jag t\u00e4nka p\u00e5, att inte ta \u00e5t mig. K\u00e4llan till kommande text \u00e4r:\u00a0<em>\u00c4lska din kropp som den \u00e4r, av Astrid Longhursts.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. L\u00e5t din kropp bli din b\u00e4sta v\u00e4n<br \/>\n<\/strong>Bete dig mot din kropp som du g\u00f6r mot n\u00e5gon du tycker om. Arbeta med kroppen i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r mot. D\u00e5 b\u00f6rjar du ocks\u00e5 ta b\u00e4ttre hand om den.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n<strong>2. V\u00e5rda din kropp<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Skriv ner allt du vill g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att visa att du bryr dig om din kropp och n\u00e4r du t\u00e4nker g\u00f6ra det. Det kan vara att best\u00e4lla fotv\u00e5rd, g\u00e5 till tandl\u00e4karen, g\u00e5 p\u00e5 massage, ta avslappnande bad i v\u00e4ldoftande oljor, sm\u00f6rja in huden med sk\u00f6na kr\u00e4mer, dra ner p\u00e5 arbetstakten eller ta en skogspromenad.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n<strong>3. Bli medveten om och t\u00e4nk mer p\u00e5 enskilda kroppsdelar<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\u00a0Fr\u00e5ga dig till exempel: Vilken musik l\u00e4ngtar \u00f6ronen efter att f\u00e5 h\u00f6ra? Var gillar f\u00f6tterna b\u00e4st att f\u00e5 promenera? Hur vill h\u00e5ret k\u00e4nna sig? Vad vill h\u00e4nderna ber\u00f6ra eller skapa? Vilka dofter vill n\u00e4san k\u00e4nna eller vilken dans l\u00e4ngtar dina h\u00f6fter att f\u00e5 r\u00f6ra sig till?<\/div>\n<div>.<\/div>\n<div><strong>4. St\u00e4da i garderoberna<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Sl\u00e4ng eller ge bort allt som \u00e4r f\u00f6r litet, f\u00f6r stort, f\u00f6r gammalt eller s\u00e5nt du aldrig anv\u00e4nder. Det troliga \u00e4r att det inte kommer till anv\u00e4ndning. Du f\u00e5r snarare d\u00e5ligt samvete och k\u00e4nner dig missn\u00f6jd.<\/div>\n<div>.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<strong>5. K\u00f6p de kl\u00e4der du vill ha nu<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0V\u00e4nta inte tills du g\u00e5tt ner i vikt, till exempel, utan skaffa de snygga kl\u00e4der och underkl\u00e4der som du l\u00e4ngtar efter nu och i den storlek du har nu. Lyssna p\u00e5 och bli medveten om vad du s\u00e4ger om dig sj\u00e4lv<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0Kritiserar eller nedv\u00e4rderar du dig sj\u00e4lv med ord som &#8221;det \u00e4r ingen id\u00e9, jag klarar det inte&#8221; eller &#8221;jag \u00e4r s\u00e5 fet\/ful\/mager och dum i huvudet&#8221;. Eller &#8221;jag hatar mitt utseende&#8221;. Hur skulle du reagera om din partner eller b\u00e4sta v\u00e4n sade detsamma om sig sj\u00e4lva? Du skulle sannolikt inte h\u00e5lla med dem. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 det n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng du kritiserar dig sj\u00e4lv.<\/div>\n<div>.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<strong>7. Ta inte \u00e5t dig negativa kommentarer<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0S\u00e5lla bort kommentarer, \u00e5sikter och kritik fr\u00e5n andra m\u00e4nniskor om det inte \u00e4r konstruktivt eller kan vara anv\u00e4ndbart f\u00f6r dig.<\/div>\n<div>.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<strong>8. Jaga dina \u201dEnergivampyrer\u201d<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0F\u00f6rs\u00f6k komma p\u00e5 allt som suger ut din tro p\u00e5 dig sj\u00e4lv, som trycker ner dig och g\u00f6r dig svag, maktl\u00f6s, urlakad och deppig. It is not my text, but I thought it was great and I should think more about points. Especially point number 7 that is<em> Dont take to much notice to negative comments,<\/em>\u00a0I actually get those negative\/mean comments almost everyday here at the blog or at my instgram. I will try to not hink about htem so much and don&#8217;t take any offence to them. The source of the future text is: Love your body as it is, by Astrid Longhurst.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1: Let your body be your best friend<\/strong><br \/>\nBehave towards your body as you do with someone you like. Work with your body instead of against it. Then you&#8217;ll also will start taking better care of it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2: Nurture your body<\/strong><br \/>\nWrite down everything you want to do to show that you care about your body and when you intend to do it. It may be to order pedicure, going to the dentist, get a massage, take a relaxing bath in fragrant oils lubricate the skin with beauty creams, slowing down the pace or take a walk in the woods.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a03: Be aware and think more on individual body parts<\/strong><br \/>\nAsk yourself, for example: What music are you longing for your ears to hear? Where does your feet&#8217;s like the best to get a walk? How would you like your hair to feel? What do your hands touching or create? Which scents to the nose or feel the dance crave your hips to move to?<\/p>\n<p><strong>4: Clean the closets<\/strong><br \/>\nThrow or give away anything that is too small, too big, too old, or stuff you never use. It is not likely that it will be used. You get rather bad conscience and feel dissatisfied.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a05: Buy the clothes you want now<\/strong><br \/>\nDo not wait until you have lost weight, for example, without getting the fancy clothes and underwear that you crave now and in the size you have now. \u00a0You will feel both fresher and prettier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a06: Listen and be conscious of what you say about yourself<\/strong><br \/>\nCriticize or disparage yourself with words like &#8221;it&#8217;s no use, I can not do it&#8221; or &#8221;I&#8217;m so fat \/ ugly \/ skinny and stupid.&#8221; Or &#8221;I hate my looks.&#8221; How would you react if your spouse or best friend said the same about themselves? You would probably not agree with them. Think about that the next time you criticize yourself.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a07: Do not take for you negative comments<\/strong><br \/>\nSift out comments, opinions and criticisms from other people if it is not constructive or may be useful to you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a08: Chasing your &#8221;Energy Vampires&#8221;<\/strong><br \/>\nTry to think of everything that sucks out your faith in yourself, pushing you down and makes you weak, powerless, leached and blues.
