Ursprungs receptet \u00e4r hittat <a href=\"http:\/\/www.proteinbutiken.se\/Produkter\/recept\/proteinbars-banan-valnot\">H\u00c4R.\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0Dessa \u00e4r n\u00e5got jag rekommenderar, jag smakade en precis nu och de var v\u00e4ldigt m\u00e4ttande ocks\u00e5! Super \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser f\u00f6r 8 bars:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 dl Jordn\u00f6ts sm\u00f6r (Jag anv\u00e4nder Fitnessguru&#8217;s egna jordn\u00f6ts sm\u00f6r, ni hittar det <a href=\"http:\/\/fitnessguru.se\/shop\/fitnessguru-naturellt-jordnotssmor\">H\u00c4R<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 Mogen banan<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 dl stevia str\u00f6<\/p>\n<p>0,75 dl mandlar<\/p>\n<p>2,5 dl havregryn<\/p>\n<p>3 skopor vanilj protein pulver (Jag anv\u00e4nder fitnessguru&#8217;s One Whey Isolate vanilj, ni hittar det<a href=\"http:\/\/fitnessguru.se\/shop\/one-whey-isolate\"> H\u00c4R<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Utf\u00f6rande:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4ll ugnen p\u00e5 175\u00b0C. Mosa banenen med en gaffel eller mixer. Blanda ner jorn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r och stevia med den mosade banenen. Blanda alla torra ingredienser i en sk\u00e5l bredvid och blanda sendan f\u00f6rsiktigt ihop det med banansmeten. Placera degen p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspappers kl\u00e4dd form och st\u00e4ll in i ugnen i ca 10 minuter. This is something I recommend, I tasted one right now and they were very filling too! Super \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for 8 bars:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>100 g Peanut butter (I use \u00a0Fitnessguru&#8217;s own peanut butter, you can find it <a href=\"http:\/\/fitnessguru.se\/shop\/fitnessguru-naturellt-jordnotssmor\">HERE<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 (150 g) ripe banana<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 dl stevia<\/p>\n<p>0.75 dl (40 g) almonds<\/p>\n<p>2.5 dl (90 g) \u00a0oats<\/p>\n<p>3 scoops (90 g) vanilla protein powder (I use fitnessguru&#8217;s One Whey Isolate Vanilla, you can find it <a href=\"http:\/\/fitnessguru.se\/shop\/one-whey-isolate\">HERE<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Execution:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Set oven to 175 \u00b0 C. degrees. Mash the bananas with a fork or a handmixer. Mix peanut butter and stevia with the mashed banana. Mix all dry ingredients in a seperate bowl \u00a0and then gently mix together the dry ingredients with the banana batter. Place the dough on a baking shed \u00a0dressed form and place in the oven for about 10 minutes.
