Det \u00e4r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen p\u00e5 flera veckor och det k\u00e4nns s\u00e5 bra! Ig\u00e5r gick jag inte efter min PTs tr\u00e4nings schema utan jag gjorde mina egna \u00f6vningar som jag gillar att g\u00f6ra och det k\u00e4nns idag ska jag s\u00e4ga! Bulgariska utfall \u00e4r nog n\u00e5got av det &#8221;v\u00e4rsta&#8221; jag vet! \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>Morgonen h\u00e4r hemma har varit lugn, jag \u00e5t vanilj protein gr\u00f6t till frukost och nu ska jag b\u00f6rja r\u00f6ra mig mot gymmet f\u00f6r ett rygg och biceps pass. Det \u00e4r det roligaste p\u00e5 hela veckan! It is the first time in several weeks I feel sore in my butt, and it feels so good! Yesterday I didn&#8217;t do my usually workout that my personal trainer made up for me but I did my own exercises that I enjoy doing and it feels today, I say! Bulgarian lunges is probably one of the &#8221;worst&#8221; exercises I know! : D<\/p>\n<p>The morning here at home has been calm, I ate vanilla protein oatmeal for breakfast, and now I&#8217;ll start to move against the gym for a back and bicep workout. It&#8217;s the funniest workout of the whole week! Then the rest of the day I will spend with my calculator and math book, I have math test tomorrow, so today I have to grab it and get it all in my head. <strong>What will you do today? \ud83d\ude42<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Godmorgon!
