F\u00f6rra veckan var utmaningen att vistas utomhus i minst tre timmar sammanlagt under veckan. Jag sj\u00e4lv b\u00f6rjade m\u00e5ndagen med att kl\u00e4ttra upp och ner f\u00f6r Hammrbybacken, jag har pwerwalkat och hoppat av n\u00e5gra extra stationer n\u00e4r jag \u00e5kt buss f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en extra promenad. Vad har ni gjort? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Den h\u00e4r veckan <\/strong>vill jag att vi alla ska avs\u00e4tta en stund f\u00f6r oss sj\u00e4lva. Men det menar jag att vi ska g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got som vi m\u00e5r bra av i v\u00e5r ensamhet.<\/p>\n<p><em>Det kan vara att du ligger hemma en hel kv\u00e4ll med katten i soffan och tittar p\u00e5 din favorit serie.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Det kan vara att du st\u00e4nger ner datorn och mobilen och bara fokuserar p\u00e5 dig sj\u00e4lv en stund, kanske tar ett varmt bad!<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Det kan vara att du \u00e4ntligen tar dig tiden att g\u00e5 p\u00e5 den d\u00e4r yogakursen p\u00e5 gymmet som du l\u00e4nge funderat p\u00e5 att g\u00e5 till.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Jag sj\u00e4lv ska avs\u00e4tta en tid f\u00f6r mig sj\u00e4lv och g\u00f6ra en riktig brakfrukost som jag vill \u00e4ta i s\u00e4ngen. Jag vill s\u00e4tta in lurarna i \u00f6ronen p\u00e5 h\u00f6gvolym och bara sl\u00e4ppa loss allt och <em>dansa <\/em>fult och l\u00f6jligt! Last week, the challenge was to stay outdoors for at least three hours total during the week. I myself started on at Monday to climb up and down a skiing mountain, I power walked and \u00a0I also went off the buss a few stations before mine to get an extra walk. What have you done? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>This week I want us all to dedicate some time to ourselves. I think we should do something that makes us feel good in our loneliness.<\/p>\n<p><em>It may be that you are at home for a whole evening with the cat on the couch and watching your favorite series.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>It may be that you shut down the computer and cell phone and just focus on yourself for a while, maybe take a hot bath!<\/em><br \/>\n<em>It may be that you finally take the time to go on that yoga course at the gym you been thinking about going to for such a long time.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I myself will set aside some time for myself and make a real bang breakfast i want to eat in bed.<br \/>\nI want to put the headphones in my ears at a high volume and just let everything go and <em>dance<\/em>, ugly and ridiculous!
