Mellan de tv\u00e5 f\u00f6rsta bilderna \u00e4r det ca tv\u00e5 m\u00e5nader &amp; mellan de tv\u00e5 sista \u00e4r det 3 veckor.<\/p>\n<div>Stor skillnad va? \ud83d\ude42<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Jag ville bara skicka dessa bilderna &amp; s\u00e4ga att jag har lyckats ta mig s\u00e5 h\u00e4r l\u00e5ngt HELT utan kosttillskott eller diet. Jag har \u00e4tit kolhydrater precis som vem som helst, jag har \u00e4tit godis, jag har \u00e4tit stora portioner, jag har helt enkelt bara levt det liv som folk tror \u00e4r om\u00f6jligt i samband med viktnedg\u00e5ng. The key to success har i mitt fall varit ca 30 min konditionstr\u00e4ning om dagen, 6 dagar i veckan! I check out your blog every day several times. Im writing this E-mail because i wanted to share you my story. I have always been sporty, but unfortunately i have been gaining fat during my exchange year. I have always hated my body. Always. I have been bullyed since i was 8 years old, even though i have never been fat. I decided to change my life and start loving my body &#8211; and this is what happened! Im just at the beginning of my journey but im already loving my body \ud83d\ude42 It&#8217;s not perfect, but i know it will be! Im doing everything by myself, and oh yeah, i do eat candy few times a week. Im just enjoying clean eating, and the rest comes alone.<\/p>\n<p>I have always been sugar-addicted, and im superproud that im getting rid of that shit. It has been controlling my life since i was a little kid. If i can do it, anyone can do it!<\/p>\n<p>My ex used to diss me and he kept saying that im fat. I will show to him and to the rest of the world that i deserve something better!
