M\u00e5nga har fr\u00e5gat om vilken jag anv\u00e4nder och det \u00e4r den <a href=\"http:\/\/fitnessguru.se\/shop\/fitnessguru-power\">H\u00c4R.\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0Idag ska jag f\u00f6lja med min pappas flickv\u00e4n till Nordic Wellness gym f\u00f6r att hon hade en &#8221;prova p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng&#8221; som hon kunde ge bort till mig. Many people have asked about what PWO I use and it is <a href=\"http:\/\/fitnessguru.se\/shop\/fitnessguru-power\">HERE.<\/a> Today I will go with my dad&#8217;s girlfriend to Nordic Wellness gym because she had a &#8221;ticket&#8221; that she could give to me. I will not change to that \u00a0gym, it&#8217;s just fun to try to change the environment once. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>For breakfast, I ate protein oatmeal (1 dl rolled oats, 2 dl water, 1 egg, 1 scoop one whey Isolate from fitnessguru with flavorChocolate Mint) topped with raspberries and vanilla quar \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Godmorgon!
