Sen efter tv\u00e5 m\u00e5nader tr\u00e4ffades vi p\u00e5 bussen och det klickade liksom! Vi har varit tillsammans i 19 m\u00e5nader!<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How did you and your boyfriend meet and how long have you been together?<\/strong><br \/>\nWe met initially through friends, we hung out a bit and then we didn&#8217;t talk for about two months at all. Then one day we met on the bus and we started to see each other again. I don&#8217;t know how it happened. I myself am totally shocked! Till en b\u00f6rjan s\u00e5 var det h\u00e4r inte en tr\u00e4ningsblogg utan fr\u00e4mst en recept blogg d\u00e4r jag la ut alla mina recept f\u00f6r att jag tyckte att det var jobbigt att skriva p\u00e5 instagram hela recept varje g\u00e5ng jag \u00e5t n\u00e5got! S\u00e5 jag skapade bloggen av ren lathet! Sen s\u00e5 kom jag p\u00e5 att det var kul att blogga och att m\u00e5nga uppskattade mina texter och jag b\u00f6rjade skriva om min tr\u00e4ning och om tr\u00e4ning i allm\u00e4nhet ocks\u00e5! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>When did you to start blogging about exercise and why? \ud83d\ude42<\/strong><br \/>\nI started blogging in late September &#8211; early October 2012, so I have only done it about 6-7 months! At first it wasn&#8217;t a training blog, but mostly a recipe blog where I did put out all my recipes because I found it hard to write the entire recipe at instagram every time I ate something! So I created the blog of pure laziness! Then it occurred to me that it was fun to blog and many appreciated my lyrics and I started writing about my training and training in general, too! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hur du finansierar din tr\u00e4ning. Allts\u00e5 betalar du kosttillskott, kl\u00e4der, mat osv sj\u00e4lv eller st\u00f6djer dina f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar dig med det?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Jag anv\u00e4nder mitt stuiebidrag. Jag k\u00f6per n\u00e4stan aldrig &#8221;vanliga&#8221; kl\u00e4der utan jag sparar till mina tr\u00e4nings grejer. Mina f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar skulle aldrig betala kosttillskott till mig s\u00e5 det k\u00f6per jag sj\u00e4lv! Tr\u00e4ningskl\u00e4der k\u00f6per jag ocks\u00e5 sj\u00e4lv f\u00f6r det mesta om det inte \u00e4r f\u00f6delsedag\/julafton typ!\u00a0\u00a0Men mat k\u00f6per mina f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar till mig, jag \u00e4r ju \u00e4nd\u00e5 bara 16 s\u00e5 mat skulle jag aldrig beh\u00f6va betala sj\u00e4lv \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to finance your training. Do you pay supplements, clothing, food, etc. yourself or do your parents support you with it?<\/strong><br \/>\nI pay most of my training stuff myself. I almost never buy &#8221;regular&#8221; clothes, but I&#8217;m saving up for my workout stuff. My parents would never pay supplements to me so I buy that myself! Sportswear do I also buy with my own money unless it is my birthday \/ Christmas! But food does my parents buy for me, I&#8217;m still only 16 and I go in school, I don&#8217;t work. So they would never let me pay for food myself. If there is food in the fridge everybody in the family can eat of it! \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e4knar du alltid dina kalorier?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Jag r\u00e4knar inte kalorier \u00f6verhuvhudtaget l\u00e4ngre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do you always count your calories?<br \/>\n<\/strong>I dont count my calories at all.<\/p>\n<div><strong>Hur mycket konditionstr\u00e4nar du?<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>F\u00f6r tillf\u00e4llet s\u00e5 tr\u00e4nar jag inte kondition! Jag ska fokusera p\u00e5 endast styrka nu och sedan n\u00e4r det \u00e4r dags f\u00f6r deff ska jag &#8221;chocka&#8221; kroppen med kondition. I will focus on only strength now and then when it is time for deff I will &#8221;shock&#8221; my body with cardio. So said Linnea who put up my new schedule anyway! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vad vill du bli yrkesm\u00e4ssigt?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Jag ska utbilda mig till personlig tr\u00e4nare och kostr\u00e5dgivare efter gymnasiet! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you want to become a when you get older?<\/strong><br \/>\nI want to be a personal trainer and nutrition counselor after I finished school! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vad jag har h\u00f6rt ska man endast \u00e4ta 20g carbs om dagen om man vill g\u00e5 ner i vikt, jag f\u00e5r typ alltid upp mitt till 30-50 carbs om dagen, n\u00e5gra tips p\u00e5 vad jag kan g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att minska m\u00e4ngden? Eller spelar det ingen roll hur mycket carbs jag f\u00e5r i mig?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Allts\u00e5 det d\u00e4r \u00e4r mig fr\u00e5n person till person. \u00a020 gram kolhydrater l\u00e5ter v\u00e4ldigt lite i mina \u00f6ron, det \u00e4r knappt en frukt om dagen. Jag sj\u00e4lv ligger nog p\u00e5 runt 200gram kolhydrater per dag. Kolhydrater \u00e4r inte farligt som m\u00e5nga verkar tro, det \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r kroppen! Du kommer att g\u00e5 ner i vikt fast du \u00e4ter mer kolhydrater. Se bara till att \u00e4ta r\u00e4tt kolhydrater. Ex, fullkornsprodukter, havregryn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What I&#8217;ve heard you should only eat 20g of carbs a day if you want to lose weight, I can always type up my carbs to 30-50 a day, any tips on what I can do to reduce the amount? Or it does not matter how much carbs I get in me?<\/strong><br \/>\nSo that&#8217;s from person to person. 20 grams of carbs sounds very little in my ears, it&#8217;s just a piece of fruit a day. I myself \u00a0probably have around 200 grams of carbohydrates per day. Carbohydrates are not bad as many seem to think, it is important for the body! You will lose weight even though you eat more carbohydrates than 20 grams a day for sure. Just make sure to eat the right carbs.
