Allts\u00e5 inte mina ord.<br \/>\n<strong>&#8221;Nej jag vill inte g\u00f6ra styrketr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r jag kommer bara att bli biffig d\u00e5&#8221;<\/strong>.Det \u00e4r en vanlig mening man h\u00f6r fr\u00e5n tjejer. Men\u00a0med lite logik f\u00f6rst\u00e5r vi alla sanningen att man inte blir inte Arnold Schwarzenegger\u00a0utav misstag. Speciellt inte av att man lyfter lite silverhantlar och detta faktum \u00e4r sant oavsett hur m\u00e5nga som tror motsatsen. Det hela faller sig lika bef\u00e4ngt som att man skulle av misstag bli Ronaldo, f\u00e5 hans fotbollsegenskaper eller karataristiska\u00a0frisyr av att k\u00f6pa samma fotbollsskor.<\/p>\n<p>Faktum \u00e4r att det \u00e4r extremt sv\u00e5rt f\u00f6r tjejer att ens l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 sig lite muskler d\u00e5 deras produktion av manligt k\u00f6nshormon (testosteron) \u00e4r cirka 1\/10 av mannens. Detta i kombination med att tjejer generellt sett har en mindre m\u00e4ngd muskelmassa fr\u00e5n en b\u00f6rjan g\u00f6r att oddsen att de skulle bli biffiga av styrketr\u00e4ning v\u00e4ldigt, v\u00e4ldigt h\u00f6ga.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r tjejer blir sjukt biffiga \u00e4r det oftast p.g.a. att de anv\u00e4nt manligt k\u00f6nshormon och d\u00e4rmed i stort sett blivit m\u00e4n (rent hormonellt sett). S\u00e5 visst med &#8221;r\u00e4tt&#8221; doping kan absolut tjejer bli stora som hus men fr\u00e5gan \u00e4r d\u00e5 om det kan r\u00e4knas som tjejer?<\/p>\n<p>Nej sanningen \u00e4r att om tjejer bara styrketr\u00e4nar och inte anv\u00e4nder sig utav otill\u00e5tna hormontabletter kommer deras kvinnliga former att beh\u00e5lla och slipas l\u00e5ngsamt till absoluta v\u00e4rldsklass. But I just want to make this clear. \u00a0You do not get a body like Arnold Schwarzenegger by a coincidence\u00a0just because you lift some silver dumbbells. But many women seem to think so.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In fact, it is extremely difficult for girls to put on muscle because their production of male hormones (testosterone) is about 1\/10 of the man. This combined with the girls generally have a small amount of muscle mass from the beginning makes the odds that they would be bulky by doing \u00a0strength training isn&#8217;t that likely.\u00a0But of course, girls can be big and bulky as boys, but it is often because they have used testosterone and they have &#8221;become men&#8221; if you see it in hormonal perspective.
