I morse s\u00e5 tog jag tv\u00e5 bilder p\u00e5 mn mage, den ena bilden \u00e4r tagen innnan frukost precis efter att jag varit p\u00e5 toaletten och den andra bilden \u00e4r tagen efter att jag har \u00e4tit frukost. Visst \u00e4r det stor skillnad? Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r anledningen till att man ska v\u00e4ga sig p\u00e5 morgonen innan frukost diret efter toalett bes\u00f6ket om man vill f\u00e5 det mest r\u00e4ttvisa resultatet p\u00e5 v\u00e5gen elelr m\u00e5ttbandet som m\u00f6jligt. Visst s\u00e5 pendlar vikten fr\u00e5n dag till dag d\u00e5 det forfarande kan finnas mat kvar i magen eller vatten vikt.<br \/>\n<strong>S\u00e5 varf\u00f6r h\u00e4nder detta? Varf\u00f6r kan jag inte ha en platt mage hela dagen?<\/strong><br \/>\nSvaret \u00e4r enkelt: Innan frukost \u00e4r magen tom och n\u00e4r du \u00e4ter &#8221;fylls den ut&#8221;. H\u00e4r \u00e4r ett enekelt exempel: N\u00e4r du \u00e4r ute och handlar mat. Till en b\u00f6rjan \u00e4r plastkassen tom och allts\u00e5 platt. Men n\u00e4r du sedan l\u00e4gger ner ett mj\u00f6lkpaket i kassen och kansk ett paket keso, lite kyckling och tonfisk s\u00e5 fylls kassen och blir st\u00f6rre. Men n\u00e4r du kommer hem och l\u00e4gger in maten i kylsk\u00e5pet s\u00e5 krymper p\u00e5sen till sin normala form och blir tom och platt igen. \u00a0Det \u00e4r samma sak med din mage! Im feeling a lot better now when I have gained actually! \ud83d\ude42<\/em><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>This is a blog post I made in november 2012 that I wanted to share with you again.\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8221;I just wanted to share this fact with you. This moring i took two pictures of my stomach. The first picture is taken before breakfast and the secont picture is 30 minutes later when I jus had breakfast. Do you see the differens? This is why you should weight yourself or take you measurments before breakfast after you went to the bathroom if you want a fear result.<\/div>\n<div><strong>So why does this happen? Why can&#8217;t I be slim the whole day?<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>The answer is easy: Before breakfast your belly is empty and when you eat its getting fuller. I can do a easy example. When you are out for food shoping. At first the plastic bag is empty, and when its empty its flat. But then you put a milk package in the bag, and some cottage cheese and chicken. But then you come home and you put everything that was in the bag in the refrigerator and the bag becomes empty and therefor flat again. It&#8217;s the same thing with your stomach!
