Ja ni l\u00e4ste r\u00e4tt, jag ska t\u00e4vla i bikini fitness! F\u00f6rsta t\u00e4vlingen i Bikini fitness i Sverige \u00e4r i april i \u00e5r och jag ska satsa p\u00e5 att t\u00e4vla \u00e5r 2014. Jag \u00e4r super taggad och jag ska verkligen k\u00e4mpa f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 den kroppen som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r att t\u00e4vla! Jag tror att det h\u00e4r kan hj\u00e4lpa mitt sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rtroende och \u00e4ven hj\u00e4lpa mig att bli frisk fr\u00e5n min \u00e4tst\u00f6rning. Idag slutar jag r\u00e4kna kalorier och ska &#8221;bulka&#8221; f\u00f6r att bygga maximalt med muskel massa. Jag kommer d\u00e5 troligtvis vara mullig till sommaren men sen till h\u00f6sten\/vintern ska jag deffa och kommer f\u00e5 fram musklerna jag byggt upp de kommande m\u00e5naderna. Till hj\u00e4lp har jag <a href=\"http:\/\/growingshop.se\/category\/martin-ek\/\">Martin Ek<\/a> som har skrivit ett tr\u00e4nings schema till mig utformat efter mina egna m\u00e5l och min kropp. Jag tror att det h\u00e4r kommer bli j\u00e4tte bra.<\/p>\n<p>Nu ska jag sluta prata och dra iv\u00e4g till gymmet ist\u00e4llet. I will WORK MY ASS OFF for this.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Hi!<\/p>\n<p>Today I begin my training towards a bikini fitness body. Yes you read that right, I&#8217;m going to compete in bikini fitness! The first competition in Bikini fitness in Sweden are in april this year and my goal is to compete in 2014. I&#8217;m super exited and I&#8217;m really going to fight to get the body that is required to compete! I think this will help my confidence and also help me to recover from my eating disorder. Today I stop counting calories and will start &#8221;bulking&#8221; to build the maximum amount of muscle mass. I will probably be \u00a0bit flabby \u00a0until summer, but then to fall \/ winter, I will start my &#8221;deff&#8221; and will get the muscles I had built up in the coming months. To help, I have <a href=\"http:\/\/growingshop.se\/category\/martin-ek\/\">Martin Ek<\/a> who has written a training schedule to me designed for my own goals and my body. I think this will be really good.<\/p>\n<p>Now I&#8217;ll stop talking and take off to the gym instead.
