Det var verkligen super jobbigt och jag trodde att jag skulle kr\u00e4kas h\u00e4lften av tiden men jag fixade det och nu k\u00e4nner jag mig super bra!<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r s\u00e5g passet ut: Jag b\u00f6rjade med att v\u00e4rma upp genom att jogga lite l\u00e4tt n\u00e5gra minuter, sedan maxade jag (allts\u00e5 sprang det snabbaste jag kunde) upp f\u00f6r en backe p\u00e5 ca 50 meter, joggade ner och gjorde det tio g\u00e5nger och sedan joggade jag hem igen. It was super hard and I thought I would throw up half of the time, but I made it and now I feel great!<\/p>\n<p>This is how i structurared my pass: I started to warm up by jogging lightly a few minutes, then I maxed (ran the fastest I could) up a hill about 50 meters, jogged down and made \u200b\u200bit ten times and then I&#8217;m \u00a0jogged back home again. The whole thing, including my little jogging took about 20 minutes and I burned 230 calories with a maximum heart rate of the 183.<\/p>\n<p>Now Im going to make a protein smoothie and hit the gym for a chest and triceps workout.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>God morgon!
