Det \u00e4r som sagt f\u00f6rsta veckan med mitt schema som Martin Ek snickrade ihop till mig och jag har tidigare aldrig riktigt kommit p\u00e5 s\u00e4rskilt bra \u00f6vningar f\u00f6r varken br\u00f6st eller triceps och inte varit s\u00e5 j\u00e4tte bra p\u00e5 att tr\u00e4na just dessa muskelgrupper. Like I said, this is the first week with my new workout schedule as Martin Ek made for me and I have previously never really got on particularly good exercises for either chest or triceps and not been very good to train these muscle groups.
