Jag tog lite av vad vi hade hemma och sl\u00e4ngde ihop ett nytt recept som blev v\u00e4ldigt lyckat! Kokos-pl\u00e4ttar! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6r 6 pl\u00e4ttar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 dl havregryn<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk bakpulver<\/p>\n<p>2 msk kokosflingor<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk vanilj pulver (valfritt)<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>1 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/p>\n<p><strong>Utf\u00f6rande:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1: Mixa havregrynen tills de har blivit ett mj\u00f6l.<\/p>\n<p>2: Blanda alla de torra ingredienserna.<\/p>\n<p>3: Tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lk och \u00e4gg, blanda tills det blivit en sl\u00e4t smet.<\/p>\n<p>4: Stek pl\u00e4ttarna p\u00e5 medelh\u00e4g temperatur tills de b\u00f6rjar bubbla lite p\u00e5 ena sidan. D\u00e5 \u00e4r det dags att v\u00e4nda<\/p>\n<p>5: Servera direkt, coh tills\u00e4tt n\u00e5gon god topping. Jag toppade med lite f\u00e4rsk frukt och ringlade lite honung \u00f6ver. I took a little of what we had at home and threw together a new recipe that was very successful! Coconut pancakes! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>For 6 pancakes:<\/p>\n<p>1 dl (35 g) oatmeal<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon baking powder<\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoons coconut flakes<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp vanilla extract<\/p>\n<p>1 egg<\/p>\n<p>1 dl (100 g) \u00a0milk<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1: Mix the oats until they becomes a flour.<\/p>\n<p>2: Mix all the dry ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>3: Add milk and eggs, mix until it become a smooth paste.<\/p>\n<p>4: Fry the pancake until they start to bubble a little on one side. Then it&#8217;s time to turn.<\/p>\n<p>5: Serve immediately, add some good toppings. I topped \u00a0mine with a little fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey.
