Det \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt enkelt och jag \u00e4ter det i stort s\u00e4tt varje dag men jag varierar smakerna. Som ni vet anv\u00e4nder jag pulver fr\u00e5n <a href=\"http:\/\/fitnessguru.se\">Fitnessguru<\/a> och ina favorit smaker i gr\u00f6ten \u00e4r One Whey Chocolate Hazlenut och Strawberry white chocolate. Jag har provat med One Whey Isolate pulverna ocks\u00e5 men de passade inte lika bra i gr\u00f6ten och blev lite grynigt. It&#8217;s very simple and I eat it in almost every day, but I vary the flavors. As you know, I use protein powder from Fitnessguru and my favorite flavors to use in my oatmeal is One Whey Chocolate hazlenut and Strawberry white chocolate. I&#8217;ve tried with One Whey Isolate powders too but they did not taste as well in porridge as the ordinary one whey powders, the isolate powder and was a little grainy.
