R\u00f6r om. St\u00e4ll in i mikrov\u00e5gsugnen p\u00e5 h\u00f6gsta effekt i tv\u00e5 minuter (eller tills gr\u00f6ten \u00e4r n\u00e4stan klar). Its the perfect combination of protein, fat and carbs! Its banana protein oatmeal topped with low fat cottage cheese and peanut butter.<\/div>\n<div>.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Oatmeal:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>1\/2 mashed banana<\/div>\n<div>1 dl (35 g) oats<\/div>\n<div>2 dl (200 g) water<\/div>\n<div>1 pinch salt<\/div>\n<div>1 egg white<\/div>\n<div>.<\/div>\n<div>Mash the banana and add the oats, water and salt. Whisk. Put it in the microwave for two minutes (or until the oatmeal is almost done) add the eggwhite and put it in the microwave for 1 more minute or until its done.<\/div>\n<div>.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Calories:\u00a0<\/strong>191<\/div>\n<div><strong>Protein:\u00a0<\/strong>9 g<\/div>\n<div><strong>Carbs:\u00a0<\/strong>34 g<\/div>\n<div><strong>Fat:\u00a0<\/strong>3 g<\/div>\n<div>.<\/div>\n<div>Top the oatmeal with whatever you like.
