S\u00e5 mer \u00e4n s\u00e5 har jag sv\u00e5rt att s\u00e4ga.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Jag har sen jag b\u00f6rjade \u00e4ta mer lagt p\u00e5 mig lite fett men jag k\u00e4nner att jag har blivit starkare och min mage ha verkligen f\u00e5tt resultat. Magrutorna b\u00f6rjar \u00e4ntligen ta form! What do you do for exercise? etc. .. Well then, I don know what to say \u00a0because I already post what I eat on instagram and I upload all my workouts on the blog. So more than that I find hard to say.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I have since I started eating more put on a little fat but I feel I have become stronger and my stomach have really got results. My abs are finally starting to take shape!
