Jag stretchade faktsikt bara m\u00e5ndag till fredag och p\u00e5 helgen misslyckades jag lite d\u00e5 jag hade vilodagar&#8230; Men alla dagar \u00e4r inte perfekta, jag ska i alla fall forts\u00e4tta att stretcha 20 minuter efter varje tr\u00e4ningspass \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Den h\u00e4r veckan ska vi utmana v\u00e5ra magmuskler. Vi ska n\u00e4mligen g\u00f6ra liggande benlyft! Det \u00e4r en super \u00f6vning f\u00f6r fr\u00e4mst nedre delen av magen men \u00e4ven l\u00e5rmuskeln! I stretched every day from Monday to Friday and on the weekend I failed a bit when I had days my rest days&#8230; But every day is not perfect, I will in any case continue to stretch 20 minutes after each workout \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>This week, I will challenge our abs. We are going to do lying leg raises! It&#8217;s a super exercise for mainly the lower abs but also the quadriceps and hipflexors!
