Gjorde du det? I vilket fall, den h\u00e4r veckan har vi en ny utmaning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Utmaning vecka 3:\u00a0<\/strong>Den h\u00e4r veckan ska vi fokusera p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra armar, br\u00f6st och \u00e4ven framsida l\u00e5r till viss del. Jag pratar sj\u00e4lvklart om armh\u00e4vningar! Vi ska g\u00f6ra totalt 150 armh\u00e4vningar den h\u00e4r veckan. Ni f\u00e5r dela upp de och g\u00f6r det n\u00e4r ni vill. Ett tips \u00e4r att g\u00f6ra 30 stycken varje dag. Det beh\u00f6ver inte vara mer komplicerat \u00e4n s\u00e5! F\u00f6rs\u00f6k att g\u00f6ra dem p\u00e5 t\u00e5 men orkar ni verkligen inte kan ni g\u00e5 ner p\u00e5 kn\u00e4. Tonade och definerade armar \u00e4r ju hur snyggt som helst! Antar ni utmaningen? Motivera och f\u00e5 med era v\u00e4nner att g\u00f6ra det ocks\u00e5. This week we have a new challenge!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Challenge Week 3:<\/strong> This week we will focus on our arms, chest and even the front of the thigh to a certain extent. Of course I&#8217;m talking about pushups! We will do a total of 150 push-ups this week. You may split them and do them when you want. One tip is to do 30 push ups \u00a0every day. Try to do them at your toes but is it to hard do them on your knees. Toned and defined arms is super hot! Do you accep this weeks challenge? \u00a0Try to enourge your friends to do it wih you too!<\/p>\n<div><strong>I would love if you left a comment and tell me how you are doing.
