Personligen \u00e4r jag en frukost m\u00e4nniska och jag skulle aldrig hoppa \u00f6ver denna m\u00e5ltid.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>M\u00e4nniskor som \u00e4ter frukost m\u00e5r b\u00e4ttre och v\u00e4ger mindre. T\u00e4nk dig att att kroppen inte \u00a0har f\u00e5tt mat p\u00e5 en hel natt \u00a0du beh\u00f6ver frukosten p\u00e5 morgonen f\u00f6r att kicka ig\u00e5ng f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningen och aptitregleringen och blodsokcret kommer vara b\u00e4ttre under hela dagen. Satsa p\u00e5 att \u00e4ta frukost med fiber, frukt, kanske gr\u00f6nsaker, mj\u00f6lk produkter och magert p\u00e5l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 sm\u00f6rg\u00e5sen. Utan frukost kan inte hj\u00e4rnan och musklerna fungera ordentligt. Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 l\u00e4ttare att vi stoppar i oss feta eller sockrade livsmedel\u00a0n\u00e4r man hoppat \u00f6ver frukosten och om man inte har \u00e4tit n\u00e5gra bra m\u00e5ltider under hela dagen s\u00e5 \u00e4ter man oftast mycket p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen.\u00a0Vi beh\u00f6ver en balans mellan fett, protein och kolhydrater f\u00f6r att vi\u00a0kunna t\u00e4nka och vara fysiskt aktiva. D\u00e4r\u00f6r \u00e4r havregryns gr\u00f6t med n\u00e5gon god topping som b\u00e4r eller keso och jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r. Annars \u00e4r \u00e4ven grovt br\u00f6d eller yoghurt och b\u00e4r.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Det \u00e4r ofta att man t\u00e4nker att om jag inte \u00e4ter frukost s\u00e5 f\u00e5r jag ju inte i mig lika mycket kalorier. Men det \u00e4r FEL t\u00e4nk, nej nej nej.\u00a0Man blir inte \u00f6verviktig genom att \u00e4ta en lagom stor\u00a0frukost eftersom du hinner f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nna m\u00e5ltiden under dagen. I am one of thos who says that breakfast is important!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>People who eat breakfast feels better and weigh less. The breakfast will kick off the fatburning and provide energy. Invest in fiber, fruits, some vegetables, dairy products and lean toppings on the sandwich.\u00a0It is easier to be tempted by fatty and sugary foods when you skipped breakfast and if you haven&#8217;t eaten some good meals throughout the day it often ends up that you are eating a lot at the evning instead. The body is constructed that it wants the food spread out over the day when we are most active and with good eating habits are you an equal level of blood sugar.<br \/>\nWithout breakfast the brain and muscle function dont work poorly. You need a balance of fat, protein and carbohydrates in order to think and be physically active. Therefore oatmeal is a great start of the day, but you can as well \u00a0eat rye bread or granola with berries and yogurt.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Its similar to think that if I skip breakfast I save my calories. But that is WRONG way to think, no no no.\u00a0You do not become overweight by eating a moderately large breakfast because you have time to burn the meal during the day.
