Idag fick jag och Malin med oss Ebba till gymmet ocks\u00e5, riktigt kul! Vi tr\u00e4nade mest rygg men \u00e4ven lite armar. Det var riktigt h\u00e5rt idag och jag lyckades br\u00e4nna 900 kalorier! Jag gjorde personligt rekord i marklyft och \u00e4ven ett deadlift p\u00e5 85 kilo! Jag sj\u00e4lv v\u00e4ger 55 s\u00e5 det var 30 kilo mer \u00e4n min egen vikt! Today I was there with two girls from school, really fun! We did \u00a0mostly back but also some arms. It was really hard today and I managed to burn 900 calories! I made a personal record in deadlift and even did 1 rep that was 85 kilos! My own body weight is 55 kg so it was 30 kg more than my own bodyweight!
