Det h\u00e4r passet tog verkligen p\u00e5 heela kroppen, gav mycket styrketr\u00e4ning men ocks\u00e5 fl\u00e5s! Superbra pass som dom flesta faktiskt orkar med d\u00e5 man kan skala vikterna samt g\u00f6ra det i sin egna takt. Det viktigaste \u00e4r att vara svimf\u00e4rdig n\u00e4r man \u00e4r klar!!<\/p>\n<p>AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) 20 min<\/p>\n<p>2 st shoulderpress<\/p>\n<p>box overjump, burpee, box overjump<\/p>\n<p>4 st squat clean<\/p>\n<p>box over jump, burpee, box over jump<\/p>\n<p>8 st marklyft<\/p>\n<p>box over jump, burpee, box over jump<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Det jag skrivit ovan \u00e4r allts\u00e5 ETT varv. P\u00e5 20 min klarade jag 7,5 varv.
