Tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lken och r\u00f6r om till det blir fingervarmt (37 grader)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>R\u00f6r ut j\u00e4sten med lite av degv\u00e4tskan och tills\u00e4tt sedan resten av v\u00e4tskan.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Tills\u00e4tt salt, socker och kardemumma och r\u00f6r om detta.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Tills\u00e4tt sedan mj\u00f6let, men ta inte allt eftersom bullarna d\u00e5 kan bli torra utan ta h\u00e4lften av mj\u00f6let och arbeta degen. Ta sedan en dl och arbeta in de i degen efter hand.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>N\u00e4r ni arbetar in mj\u00f6let i degen anv\u00e4nd g\u00e4rna elvisp med degkrokar eller en hush\u00e5llsmaskin. N\u00e4r degen \u00e4r mjuk och smidig och sl\u00e4pper bunkens kant \u00e4r degen klar.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>L\u00e5t degen j\u00e4sa till dubbel storlek under bakduk (30-45 min).<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Under tiden degen j\u00e4ser m\u00e4ter du upp sm\u00f6ret, socker och kanel. L\u00e5t sm\u00f6ret st\u00e5 framme minst 15-20 min s\u00e5 att sm\u00f6ret blir mjukt.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>K\u00f6r runt med elvispen (vispar) till en j\u00e4mn smet.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>N\u00e4r degen har j\u00e4st f\u00e4rdigt, ta ut degen fr\u00e5n bunken och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lat bord. Kn\u00e5da degen och dela den sedan i 2 delar (en hel sats)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Kavla ut varje degdel till rektangul\u00e4r platta (ca 20*50 cm) och bred p\u00e5 h\u00e4ften av fyllningen och rulla ihop till en rulle.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Sk\u00e4r ca 1\u00bd cm tjocka skivor och l\u00e4gg dem i bullformar, l\u00e5t j\u00e4sa under bakduk ca 30-45 min.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Under tiden bullarna j\u00e4ser vispa till ett \u00e4gg som sedan ska penslas p\u00e5 de ny j\u00e4sta bullarna.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>N\u00e4r bullarna \u00e4r f\u00e4rdigj\u00e4sta pensla med \u00e4gget och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver p\u00e4rlsocker.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Gr\u00e4dda i mitten av ugnen i 225 grader i 8-10 min, (varmluft 200 grader i 10-12 min) till bullarna f\u00e5r fin brun f\u00e4rg<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>L\u00e5t bullarna svalna p\u00e5 galler under bakduk.
