Tills\u00e4tt sedan allt vattnet i bunken.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>H\u00e4ll i olivoljan, salt och n\u00e4stan allt mj\u00f6l (8dl) och spara 4 dl av vetemj\u00f6let och l\u00e5t maskinen \/ elsvispen g\u00e5 i 5 min.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>H\u00e4ll sedan i resten av mj\u00f6let (4 dl) och l\u00e5t r\u00f6ra om i 10 min till.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>L\u00e5t sedan degen j\u00e4sa 60 min i bunken under bakduk.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Efter j\u00e4sningen arbeta degen ordentligt p\u00e5 ett l\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lat bakbord.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Dela degen i 2 delar och forma till avl\u00e5nga limpor. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>H\u00e4ll durumvetemj\u00f6l i j\u00e4skorgarna och l\u00e4gg degen d\u00e4r i. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa till dubbel storlek.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 ugnen p\u00e5 250 grader.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Ta fram en pl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper och l\u00e4gg br\u00f6det fr\u00e5n formen upp och ner. S\u00e5 att den mj\u00f6lade sidan kommer upp\u00e5t, och snitta sedan med en vass kniv diagonalt.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>S\u00e4tt in br\u00f6det i ugnen och kasta sedan in 1 dl vatten i botten av ugnen, och st\u00e4ng luckan snabbt och s\u00e4nk sedan till 225 grader.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>L\u00e5t br\u00f6det vara inne tills den f\u00e5r en fin f\u00e4rg (ca 30 min).
