in 2008, last year saw Britney Spears make a remarkable comeback. Her
album, The Circus, continued to top charts everywhere, the spectacular
tour to promote it won unanimous rave reviews as it criss-crossed the
globe, and best of all, Britney looked happy, healthy
and sane.

a marketing tool, but @BritneySpears got Twitter from the start,
posting constant chatty updates and warning fans off tabloid slurs via
their BS Alerts. The only minor hitch came in January, when some
audacious soul hacked her account and posted that a certain intimate
part of her anatomy was four feet wide with razor sharp teeth.
