Som bilden nedan visar. Fyrkantslinjen \u00e4r en tr\u00e4nad m\u00e4nniskas andel fett i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till puls och trekantslinjen \u00e4r en otr\u00e4nads. Det finns m\u00e5nga f\u00f6rdelar med det. Men en f\u00f6rdel, man kanske inte t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 s\u00e5d\u00e4r direkt det \u00e4r ju att du kan tr\u00e4na kortare, tuffare pass, som br\u00e4nner mer energi, men d\u00e5 ocks\u00e5 fr\u00e5n st\u00f6rre andel fett. F\u00f6r de som vill br\u00e4nna fett \u00e4r det bra. Korta effektiva pass.
