Bryn k&ouml;ttet och fr&auml;s l&ouml;ken i sm&ouml;r i en stekpanna. L&auml;gg &ouml;ver efterhand i en gryta. Tills&auml;tt salt, peppar, r&ouml;dvin och soja. L&aring;t grytan koka ca 1 1\/2 tim. (det tog inte lika l&aring;ng tid f&ouml;r mig..) Vispa ut mj&ouml;let i gr&auml;dden och r&ouml;r ner i grytan. K&auml;rna ur &auml;pplena och sk&auml;r dem i bitar. Dela katrinplommon och n&ouml;tter i halvor. L&auml;gg ner &auml;pplen, katrinplommon och valn&ouml;tter i grytan. Koka i ytterligare 5 min.
