En slagen hj\u00e4lte skulle man ocks\u00e5 kunna s\u00e4ga. Nu rullar jag ut mina \u00f6mma och tr\u00f6tta muskler med den h\u00e4r &#8221;nyheten&#8221;. Finns idag p\u00e5 de flesta gymen och anv\u00e4nds vid tr\u00e4ning och som nu, lite tryck \u00f6ver vader och framsida-, baksida l\u00e5r. Det \u00e4r ju sommar!! Men f\u00f6r det har inte tr\u00e4ningen stannat upp. Och jag hoppas inte den har det f\u00f6r er heller. Orkar ni inte g\u00e5 till gymet f\u00f6resl\u00e5r jag ett kort intensivt pass ute eller inne med burpees, upphopp, utfallshopp, skridskohopp, sprinter, armh\u00e4vningar, crunches..ja listan kan g\u00f6ras l\u00e5ng. Bara k\u00f6r. Det \u00e4r inte antalet \u00f6vningar eller sets som r\u00e4knas.
