Ingen vila, supersets och en enda tanke (ett reps till) var mitt mission idag.<\/p>\n<p>Det slutade med:<\/p>\n<p>Flyes i cable + push down x4<\/p>\n<p>Enarmspress p\u00e5 b\u00e4nk x3<\/p>\n<p>Dips x3<\/p>\n<p>Lutande br\u00f6stpress + tricepspress x4<\/p>\n<p>Armh\u00e4vningar speciale + smala armh\u00e4vningar x4<\/p>\n<p>Det tog det stopp. Stopp. Stopp. Stopp. Snabbt hem och fylla p\u00e5.
