Och det k\u00e4ndes verkligen i benen att jag hade laddat upp med k\u00f6tt och potatis n\u00e4r jag sprang idag. Energi fanns i muskelcellerna och det var verkligen en kick. S\u00e5 kul! Det gick bara att trycka p\u00e5, utmana, lite lite mer, hela hela tiden. Trycket i benen gav mig h\u00e4rliga rusher och bra l\u00f6ph\u00e5llning.
