Proteinpannkakor med banan och kokosflarn. Kaffe s\u00e5klart. Arbetat undan massor och g\u00e5tt en powerwalk. K\u00e4nns riktigt bra. God lunch och nu sitter jag och v\u00e4ntar p\u00e5 att mina nya skapelser ska komma ut ur ugnen. Mj\u00f6lfritt br\u00f6d. High protein. Inte f\u00f6r att man ska ta bort alla kolhydrater men man kanske vill ha dem till n\u00e5got annat. Vid ett annat tillf\u00e4lle eller kanske \u00e4tit tillr\u00e4ckligt redan. Det handlar om balans. Som vanligt. Uttjatat men sant. Laddar f\u00f6r tr\u00e4ning. Ryggen ska byggas p\u00e5. Jag har funderat lite p\u00e5 hur jag vill ha bloggen. Jag tror det kommer bli lite mer recept och bilder p\u00e5 mat. B\u00e5de f\u00f6r s\u00e5nna som tr\u00e4nar mycket och f\u00f6r de som bara vill \u00e4ta bra. Jag f\u00e5r m\u00e5nga fr\u00e5gor om recept och d\u00e5 kan de vara bra att l\u00e4gga ut det h\u00e4r s\u00e5 kan alla som vill ta del av det, \u00e4n att jag f\u00e5r skriva om det g\u00e5ng p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng.
