Och inga \u00e4r fel. Man tar lite det man har hemma och s\u00e5 provar man. Men h\u00e4r kommer tv\u00e5 favoriter som vi brukar \u00e4ta n\u00e4r vi \u00e4r Stockholm. Jag har ju lagt ut recept p\u00e5 proteinbollarna och cashewbollarna sedan tidigare. H\u00e4r kommer allts\u00e5 tv\u00e5 nya.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/gohardorgohome\/files\/2012\/08\/Blueberry.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1241\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/gohardorgohome\/files\/2012\/08\/Blueberry.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"597\" height=\"800\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/gohardorgohome\/files\/2012\/08\/Blueberry.jpg 597w, https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/gohardorgohome\/files\/2012\/08\/Blueberry-223x300.jpg 223w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 597px) 100vw, 597px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bollen ovan \u00e4r gjord p\u00e5 f\u00f6ljande ingredienser: (10-15 st)<\/p>\n<p>2 dl cashewn\u00f6tter<\/p>\n<p>2 dl torkade katrinplommon\/aprikoser<\/p>\n<p>4 msk linfr\u00f6n<\/p>\n<p>2 msk chiafr\u00f6n &#8211; om du har det hemma&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>1 dl mosade bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, avrunna<\/p>\n<p>2 msk vaniljprotein (kan ta vaniljpulver + naturellt protein ocks\u00e5!)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gg aprikoserna\/katrinplommonen. K\u00f6r n\u00f6tterna i mixern och h\u00e4ll i v\u00e4l avrunnen frukt, linfr\u00f6n, bl\u00e5b\u00e4r och pulver. K\u00f6r i ca 1 minut. St\u00e4ll i kylen i en timme, forma sedan bollar av dem och rulla i hackade cashewn\u00f6tter, eller kokos. Om du inte orkar kan du rulla dem direkt och sen in i kylen &#8211; g\u00f6r det som k\u00e4nns smidigast f\u00f6r dig.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Boll nummer tv\u00e5 &#8211; Kaffebollen! (10-15 st)<\/p>\n<p>2 dl cashew- eller hasseln\u00f6tter<\/p>\n<p>100g dadlar\/fikon<\/p>\n<p>2 msk kallt kaffe<\/p>\n<p>4 msk vaniljproteinpulver<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r extra Omega 3 &#8211; sl\u00e4ng i lite linfr\u00f6n!<\/p>\n<p>Mixa n\u00f6tterna lagom, allts\u00e5 inte \u00e4nda tills de \u00e4r mj\u00f6l. H\u00e4ll i allt det andra och mixa. H\u00e4r kan du ocks\u00e5 st\u00e4lla in det i kylen en timme f\u00f6r att det ska bli l\u00e4ttare att rulla, eller s\u00e5 formar du dem till bollar direkt. Rulla dem i krossade kakaonibs.
