Det var lite tufft att komma ut idag, men jag vill inte g\u00e5 miste om den sk\u00f6na k\u00e4nslan efter\u00e5t. Den \u00e4r addicting. Det finns m\u00e5nga s\u00e4tt att tr\u00e4na och motionera p\u00e5. Morgontr\u00e4ning, morgonpromenad, kv\u00e4llstr\u00e4ning, innan den och den maten, och vissa pass g\u00f6r man med syftet att vara s\u00e5 effektivt och bra f\u00f6r det m\u00e5l man har, men sedan finns det feelgood-pass. S\u00e5dant som f\u00e5r en att m\u00e5 bra. Spontana kv\u00e4llspromenader, morgonjoggar eller vad det nu kan vara. Skit inte i dem. G\u00f6r det som k\u00e4nns bra.
