Blanda 2 dl havregryn, 0,5 dl sesamfr\u00f6n, en nypa kanel, salt och 7 mosade dadlar i en separat sk\u00e5l. Nyp ihop det och smula \u00f6ver b\u00e4ren\/frukten. H\u00e4ll\/strila 3-4 msk kokosmj\u00f6lk \u00f6ver allt. Och in p\u00e5 175gr i 18-20 min.
