Allts\u00e5, receptet man m\u00e5ste testa!<\/p>\n<p>2 \u00e4gg + 2 \u00e4ggvitor som vispas upp, i med 1,5 dl l\u00e4tt kokosmj\u00f6lk, 1 dl vatten, 0,8dl kakao, 6 msk majsmj\u00f6lk (kokosmj\u00f6l, mandelmj\u00f6l g\u00e5r s\u00e4kert ocks\u00e5 bra!), 1 msk bakpulver och 1,5 skopa (1,5dl) vaniljprotein. Blanda allt ordentligt och i med 7 mosade\/hackade dadlar. F\u00f6rdela det i muffinsformar. Det ska bli \u00e5tta stycken. G\u00f6r du fler f\u00e5r du t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 att tiden i ugnen m\u00e5ste \u00e4ndras&#8230; Var noga med att det kommer dadlar i alla muffinsarna.<\/p>\n<p>160-175gr i 15 minuter.
