Det ska bli tusingar. Fast inte vanliga tusingar som 1000m x 8 (exempelvis) utan 400 + 300 + 200 + 100 x 6 med 1 minuts vila mellan varje tusing. Mellan varje intervall joggar jag ca 100 meter. En riktig utmaning idag.
