Boka in intervjuer till n\u00e4sta vecka, promenad, pratat med kollegor, pluggat hormoner och nervsystem, b\u00f6rjat skriva m\u00e5nadsmail, gjort brownies och skickat iv\u00e4g klara texter. YES! Jag har jobbat p\u00e5 muskeluttr\u00f6ttning med hj\u00e4lp av cirkel\/crossfit, vilket g\u00f6r ONT(!) och jag har haft en sk\u00f6n v\u00e4rk kropp dagen efter. Det har varit korta korta pass, fokus p\u00e5 kontakt med muskeln och bara k\u00f6\u00f6\u00f6ra, v\u00e4ga t\u00e4nja p\u00e5 sm\u00e4rttr\u00f6skeln (d\u00e5 kroppen tror att den \u00e4r klar och ska vila). N\u00e4sta vecka blir fokus b\u00e5lstabilitet. Jag vill ha en stark b\u00e5l s\u00e5 att jag sedan kan lyfta riktigt tungt i bas\u00f6vningarna vilket \u00e4r mitt n\u00e4sta stora m\u00e5l. Sen \u00e4r det ju ocks\u00e5 snyggt med en stark b\u00e5l:)<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r man lyfter tungt \u00e4r teknik och b\u00e5lstyrka v\u00e4ldigt viktigt d\u00e5 det \u00e4r stor skaderisk om man g\u00f6r fel eller om du inte orkar h\u00e5lla in\/upp b\u00e5len. Du \u00e4r inte starkare \u00e4n din svagaste l\u00e4nk, vilket jag ocks\u00e5 m\u00e4rkte n\u00e4r jag skulle g\u00e5 \u00e4nda ner p\u00e5 pistol squats.
